Released in celebration of Patek Philippe’s 175th anniversary, this rare World Time Moon reference 5575G-001 was produced in a limited edition of just 1,300 pieces. It features a 39.8mm white gold case and a striking black dial with a realistic moonphase display surrounded by 24 time zones. This particular example is a full set from 2015, coming from the original owner. The watch remains unpolished and shows only light signs of wear, preserving its sharp lines and original condition. It is offered in excellent overall condition.
