Thank you for choosing our Geneva-based luxury watch boutique. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made with us. By purchasing from us, you agree to adhere to these terms.
2. Product Offering
Our collection primarily features luxury wristwatches. Each watch undergoes thorough inspection and authentication to guarantee quality and authenticity.
3. Shipping and Insurance
All purchases are shipped with FedEx and fully insured. You will receive a tracking number once your watch has been shipped. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or other fees required by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To arrange a return, please contact us within this period. Watches must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and insurance.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash in store, crypto and major credit cards. Payment must be completed in full before shipment of the watch.
6. Warranty
All our watches come with a 1-year warranty covering the functionality of the movement. This warranty does not extend to external components (such as the case, bracelet, or crystal) or damage resulting from improper handling. For further warranty details, please contact us directly.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or handling of our products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva.
