A refined and elegant 40 mm white gold dress watch with small seconds, dating from 2008. The watch has never been polished, preserving the crisp definition of the case and its original lines. The dial is minimal and beautifully balanced, featuring slender applied hour markers, elegant baton hands, and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, creating a clean and highly legible display. Powered by a manually wound Vacheron Constantin manufacture movement, visible through the sapphire caseback, the watch showcases the fine finishing and craftsmanship the brand is known for. The movement has not been serviced, but has been tested by our watchmaker. The watch is fitted with a brown ostrich leather strap that complements the classic character of the piece. Offered as a full set with original box and papers, this Patrimony 81180/000G is a well-preserved example of Vacheron Constantin’s understated and timeless dress watch design, combining elegance, precision, and Genevan heritage.
