Produced in a limited series of just 450 pieces to celebrate Patek Philippe’s 150th anniversary in 1989, the reference 3969 is a rare and elegant rectangular jump hour watch, housed in a beautifully crafted 18k rose gold case. This particular example is in exceptional, collector-grade condition: the case has never been polished and retains its original factory finish with sharp angles and crisp hallmarks. The watch has seen very little wrist time and remains completely untouched—it has never been opened or serviced, and still features the original Patek Philippe hang tag attached to the clasp. The 29 x 38mm case houses the manual-winding calibre 215 PS with a jumping hour complication, visible through a small aperture at 12 o’clock. The time is indicated by a rotating hour disc and a central minute hand. The clean white enamel dial enhances the purity of this Art Deco-inspired design.
