A superb example of the Patek Philippe Ellipse reference 3738/100R-001 in 18K rose gold, featuring the elegant brown sunburst dial. Originally sold in Japan in 2006, this watch benefits from an excellent and well-documented history. It comes with Patek Philippe Japan service papers from 2017, confirming a complete service. The watch appears to have been very lightly worn since. In 2025, the leather strap was replaced by Patek Japan (invoice included) and is presented here in unworn condition.
