A modern classic in the world of chronographs, the Rolex Daytona 116520 features a clean white dial and the robust in-house caliber 4130, making it one of the most desirable stainless steel Daytona references of the pre-Cerachrom era. This particular example is fitted with the sought-after “APH” dial, characterized by the subtle gap between “Cosmograph” and “Daytona” — a detail found on later production dials and now appreciated by collectors for its uniqueness.

Sold in 2012, the watch comes with its original box and papers, as shown in the photos. It is unpolished and remains in excellent condition, showing light wear consistent with careful use. The case and bracelet retain sharp edges and original finishing. There is no known service history, but the watch is running perfectly and keeping accurate time.
