A beautiful example of the Breguet Classique reference 5140BB/29/9W6 in 18k white gold, originally sold new in Japan in 2018 and offered as a complete full set. The watch is in excellent overall condition, having been very lightly worn and showing only minimal signs of use. Its superb Grand Feu enamel dial is in immaculate condition, displaying the elegant Roman numerals and refined detailing characteristic of Breguet’s classical watchmaking, complemented by matching blued Breguet hands. The watch is fitted with a navy blue Breguet alligator strap in excellent condition and its original 18k white gold tang buckle. There is no known service history; however, the movement has been checked and is performing very well, with an amplitude of approximately 275 degrees and a rate of around +7 seconds per day. A particularly elegant and beautifully preserved example of the Classique 5140, combining traditional Grand Feu enamel craftsmanship with the understated presence of a white gold case.
