A beautiful and rare Ebel Le Modulor Chronograph, reference E5137240, dating to 1998 and crafted in 18k rose gold. The watch is offered as a complete full set and is preserved in excellent overall condition. The watch has been recently serviced by our watchmaker and is fitted with a brand-new bracelet, making it particularly attractive for immediate wear. The elegant dial features mother-of-pearl chronograph registers, beautifully contrasting with the silver-toned central guilloché decoration. The original tritium dial and hands are both exceptionally well preserved and retain their original character. The watch is powered by the Ebel calibre 137, an automatic chronograph movement developed for Ebel in collaboration with Nouvelle Lémania and introduced with the Le Modulor collection in 1995. Based on the Lémania 1340 architecture, the calibre 137 was extensively modified for Ebel and was COSC-certified, making it an important and technically interesting movement in Ebel's history. A particularly attractive example combining an 18k rose gold case, mother-of-pearl chronograph registers, original tritium dial and hands, brand-new bracelet, recent servicing, and complete accessories.
