A highly attractive early Aquanaut, sold new in Geneva in 1999 and offered here as a complete set. The stainless steel case has just returned from being professionally polished by our watchmaker and is preserved in excellent condition. The original black embossed dial features beautiful patinated tritium hour markers with a warm yellow tone. The hands are also original in tritium, showing a slightly lighter shade of patina than the dial, a characteristic often seen on these early examples. Fitted with its original black rubber strap and secured by the original steel folding clasp. The movement has been recently serviced by an independent watchmaker and is running perfectly. Complete with its original box, certificate of origin, and accessories. A superb example of the first-generation 38 mm Aquanaut 5065, with desirable tritium dial and full Geneva-sold provenance — a rare and collectible piece for any serious Patek Philippe sports-watch collection.
