A beautiful example of the Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse reference 3848, dating from 1985 and originally sold new in Serbia, accompanied by its original box and papers. The watch features its elegant integrated gold bracelet, measuring approximately 17.5 cm in length and remaining in superb overall condition. The case appears to remain unpolished, retaining its original proportions and, remarkably, still displaying its original factory sticker on the caseback. The iconic blue dial is in immaculate condition, as are the matching hands, beautifully complementing the warm tone of the gold case and bracelet. The watch is accompanied by its original presentation box and papers, confirming its original sale in Serbia in 1985. There is no known service history. A particularly attractive and exceptionally well-preserved example of the reference 3848, combining Patek Philippe’s unmistakable Golden Ellipse design with a superb integrated gold bracelet, iconic blue dial and highly desirable original condition.
